No Ice Liquid Catering is a leading beverage caterer and bartending services company serving two locations: South Central PA and the Outer Banks, NC.
Looking for signature cocktails? We’ve got you covered. Mocktails? We’ve got that covered too. Just serving beer and wine? You guessed it, we handle that too.
Let me and my team take care of serving you and your guests great drinks while maintaining ethical responsibility to the safety of everyone who celebrates with you. We want your guests to have a great time, AND remember it the next morning. The only thing you need to be concerned about? Is making memories.
Beam and Coke. No Ice.
This was my dad’s drink of choice. He hated ice and loved Beam. He unexpectedly passed in 2019 so when I started this company, I knew No Ice would be a way to honor him. It just fits. He was the kind of guy that you knew where you stood. He didn’t mince words, and he said exactly what he meant. He was a military man and when he and his friends got together, there was usually alcohol involved. I remember a different man coming out. One who relaxed and smiled more. He and everyone else had a great time, reminiscing, telling stories, laughing. Memories that I will always hold on to.
What we do.
No Ice is a bartending service company. Our packages includes staff, bar set-up, soft drinks, and juices. We keep your party clean by clearing trash, napkins, plates, and cups that will get left on your tables, and cleaning up the occasional spill. After the event, we stay and help your catering staff by breaking everything down and putting it away so you can focus on your guests. Every event includes a bar back to replenish our bars, run product to and from the bar, and ensure there is seamless service between bars for your guests. This allows your friends and family to enjoy what you’ve put together.
You provide the alcohol, we provide the rest. Venues require certification and Liquor Liability Insurance to cover your event. We hold all the necessary insurances and certifications ensuring your guests have a safe and stellar time.

No Ice prides themselves on partnering with local caterers, event planners, and venues. We are recognized for being team players and working together to achieve the best outcome for your event. We’re reliable, flexible, and recognize that this isn’t about whose job belongs to whom. We work together to make your event seamless. Our experienced staff will see to every detail and work with you to ensure vision and expectations are being met.
Corporate Events and Fundraisers
Planning and hosting an event or fundraiser can be stressful. Partnering with No Ice, who understands your goals and expectations and who can alleviate your workload is conducive to a successful, stress free event. Hosting a silent auction? A picnic? Convention? A formal event? No worries. We have you. From budget, to theme, to certifications and insurance, we’ll be your right hand on all things liquid catering.
Weddings, Retirement Parties, Graduations and More
My love for bartending really came from serving at weddings. I’m a servant at heart so being a part of the best day of someone's life is not something I take lightly. And at private events like this? Everyone is happy and their focus is on the celebration. We can customize our services to the theme of your day. Signature cocktails? We love it. Champagne toast? Only for the best. Wine service? We have that covered too.

“Recently, I had a retirement party and we had Marti as our bartender. I wanted the bartender to serve interesting and great tasting drinks. I couldn't have been more satisfied! She made great tasting drinks with exciting names... but the thing that i was MOST appreciative of was how comfortable it was to have her there at our party! She fit in like an old friend and by the end of the night I wished she was one of the guests rather than the bartender. We were sorry to see her leave when it was over and I can't wait to have an excuse for the next one!
